1st Active Roofing carried out the replacement of the dormer flat roof of a semi-detached property in Loxley, Sheffield.
We removed the old and worn out, built up felt covering and replaced the substructure with 18mm OSB boarding. We then fitted a new flat roof, using the [sitelink text=”GRP fibreglass flat roof system” url=”flat-roofs” title=”Flat Roofs”]; we fitted GRP trims and applied two coats of GRP fibreglass. Finished with a dark grey resin top coat, the new roof will provide maintenance free service for years.
